Been social IRL
Social Media Week London kicked off on Monday, and more than 30 Zoners grabbed their iPhones and headed out to around 50 talks and events. We came, we saw, we tweeted. One attendee was account manager Martha Paren, who jumped into the gender gap at Men Are From Foursquare, Women Are From Facebook, and blogged about her findings.
Took on the takeaway
Giving up your takeaway habit for Lent? No problem – our Channel 4 Food team have been busy filming with top Chinese chef Ching-He Huang, who taught us how to use leftovers to make perfect special fried rice at home.

Our Channel 4 Food team have a taxing life, which in recent weeks has involved being swamped by shedloads of Valentine’s chocolates. Thankfully, deputy editor Celia Plender rustled up these nutritious peanut butter booster bars to keep everyone’s energy up as they bravely soldiered on to finish the hoard. What a hero!
