It's a family affair

We've launched a new website for national charity Contact a Family...

Earlier this year, we announced that we had been appointed as the digital agency for Contact a Family, the national charity for families with disabled children. The first phase of our work is now complete and we're pleased to present its newly launched website, which we have designed.

The revamp is part of a new long-term digital strategy for the charity and aims to improve the usability and navigability of the site to enable the charity to better meet its goals.

We designed the new website to offer clarity on the wealth of information and support Contact a Family provides to parents and family members of disabled children.

Two key areas of functionality have been added and the site now has a more prominent search feature, plus a new fundraising section in the Get Involved area.

The charity’s online medical directory, detailing more than 600 disabilities, is also now available free of charge to all users.
