As founder of our pro-social division Public Zone, Jonathan knows a thing or two about guiding charities in the digital world. In his seven years at Public Zone he’s seen plenty of forward thinking from the likes of Kickstarter and JustGiving, but UK charities have been lagging behind.

He outlines three potential reasons why home-grown charities are playing it safe and missing out on the chance to develop "truly innovative, game-changing products".
