We just keep on growing

Another week, another two additions to the Zone family…
As the move to our swanky new offices draws nearer, we’re saying hello to two more fresh-faced Zoners in an attempt to discover how many people we can squeeze into our soon-to-be-old home before it bursts at the seams. They also happen to be exceptionally talented.
Margarida da Marça (pictured) joins us as a visual designer, having spent the past five years gaining industry and exciting life experience in Spain, Portugal, Latin America, Brazil and the UK – where, happily for Zone, she is now planning to settle.
Blessed with an altruistic streak, when Margarida was 10 she collected an abandoned kitten on her way to school, which she carried in her bag for the whole day. These days, her philanthropic passions lie less with helping distressed felines and more with improving human lives through design (although we’ll keep an ear out for faint mewing from under her desk, just in case).
Another woman with global travel in her blood is Rachel Adelson, who joins us as a senior account manager. Rachel’s family name used to be Yekelchik, but when they immigrated to America in 1904 the shipping company couldn't spell that, so it gave them the name Adelson instead.
In more recent history, Rachel spent three-and-a-half years at Nation, where she juggled account and project manager responsibilities for Barbour, after previous stints in digital recruitment and as a digital producer. All of which make her an experienced and valuable addition to the Zone fold.
