Zone's a winner at the NMA Effectiveness Awards

Our successful start to the 2010 awards season continued last week when the Channel 4 Food website scooped the best media category at the New Media Age Effectiveness Awards.
The 4Food site, which is managed by a dedicated editorial team based at Zone, has been nominated for numerous gongs since launch in 2007, so it was a well-earned vindication for the team to finally land a major prize at the prestigious NMA event. our win at the Revolution Awards, where we took the best retail campaign title for our work on New Look TV.
4Food Content Editors Charlie Cottrell and Hannah Williams led the celebrations along with our clients from Channel 4. Unfortunately the Grosvenor House Hotel was unable to supply the team's tipple of choice (JaegerBombs), so we had to make do with shots of Cointreau instead.
We were also shortlisted in the best entertainment category for our work with poker website PKR, who put the disappointment of missing out on the prize behind them and partied along with the best of them.
Things got a bit hazy towards the end of the evening, but Hannah managed to make it back to the office the following morning with the cut-glass trophy safely intact.
